A real estate developer wanted to transform their brand identity into a practical, everyday item that resonates with their audience.

Conceptualization

The brand’s ad campaigns prominently feature Monstera leaves a visual that has become synonymous with their commitment to a greener environment. We drew inspiration from this iconic graphic to create something realistic, simple, and functional.

The goal: a product that could serve as a daily essential for the target audience, ensuring brand recall every time it’s used. It also works perfectly as a merchandised return gift.

We chose rubber as the material durable, tactile, and easy to integrate into daily life. The logo is embossed on the Monstera leaf design, enhancing both durability and brand visibility. The final result matched our vision perfectly in both color and finish.
